FOR YOUR SHOPPING PLEASURE Marked Hand Decorated 22 K Gold USA Weeping-bright Gold. This ash tray measures 5.5 x 4.75 x 1. It has gold textured bubbles/drips/spatters on the top, cream porcelain on the bottom. THis technique was invented in the 1940s & continued until the price of gold went too high. The bubblles/drips/spatters were usually part of the ceramic process, then the piece was coated in gold, in this case 22K. I’m guessing 1950s for the date, because of the streamline shape. I have TWO of this piece, also some other weeping gold listings. The price is for ONE. My shipping costs include insurance, safe packaging & postage.
