Marx Steel Three Piece Toy Kitchen Set With Wooden Dishes in Original Box Dollhouse Furniture 1930S

This Marx kitchen set comes with it’s original box. The three main pieces are made from painted steel. 1) The refrigerator is white with a black decal on the front that states “North – Marx circle mark – Wind”. The door does open & “lock” It has three shelves. This refrigerator is 4-5/8″ tall x 3-1/4″ wide x 2-3/4″ deep. It comes with the original paper that tells you how to use the lock on the front. 2) The stove is 1930s green. It has the original paper inside that shows that the burners are “lit”. The stove is 4-1/8″ wide x 3-1/4″ tall x 1-5/8″ deep. 3) The tea or utility cart is red. It has the original decal on the top. The wheels are tin litho. The Marx circle mark is impressed into the base. This tea cart is 5-5/8″ deep x 4-1/8″ tall x 3-1/4″ wide. As you can see the steel pieces are not in the same scale. They would be wonderful with your smaller size doll. This set is from the 1930s. There are approximately 20 pieces of wooden dishes that came with this set. I am not sure if they are original. I have never seen the original box. It is made from cardboard of course. It can be set up as a house. It has the Marx circle mark on the chimney. The box comes with some of the original wrapping & one piece of the original cardboard that divides the pieces. The box is 9-1/2″ wide x 5-1/2″ deep x 4-1/2″ tall. This set was used. The three steel pieces have scuffs & scratches to the paint. The stove on one side has some surface rust starting. The box does have a tear along the fold on the right side that you can see in picture #9. Please see the pictures. They help with the description. My price reflects the condition.
