This gorgeously rustic yet elegant photograph keepsake box is completely handcrafted in our shop from solid Pine, Cedar, Mahogany or Walnut wood. Each box can hold a stack of 4×6 or 5×7 photo prints as well as a USB stick. Or select if you don’t want the divider & can be a great gift for love letters, baby keepsakes, & so much more. This is a beautiful time capsule for special memories, making it a memorable heirloom gift for newlyweds or new parents! Each box has a dye-sublimated photo or logo of your choice permanently printed directly into the birch wood lid, so you can still see that beautiful wood grain. The side of the box is laser engraved with your personalized text on the side; two first names (or other text, if you prefer) & date. Please note that for this design, the script font is pictured in lower case letters because we think the lower case looks better with the trailing lines If you would like capital letters for your names, be sure to write your personalization with capitals – we will design your text as you write it. You’ll get capitals if you write it with capitals. You’ll get lower case if you write it with lower case. -WOOD PHOTO LID- Please remember you must send the photo you would like printed on the top of the box We include a special photo print on the birch wood lid. The wood is permanently printed with your image using a dye-sublimation heat process, resulting in a glossy finish. Wood grain may be visible through the photo, & please note that anything that appears as white will actually be natural wood color (white will print as negative space, not true white, though it may appear white in the context of your image). Please send us a message to send us your image as an attachment. You can’t upload a photo during checkout. High resolution images are highly recommended. For the Rectangle box, vertical photos will either be cropped horizontally if able, or included vertically, which will appear sideways if looking at the engraved side of the box. For the Square box, photos will be cropped to a square; please keep this in mind while selecting your image. If you would like to use a logo, drawing or other image for the lid rather than a photo, please send it to us in a message – we are able to use most images for this item. -WOOD CHOICES- Rectangle box pictured in Pine – Medium stain; Square box is pictured in Light stain. Walnut, Cedar & and Mahogany are finished with natural mineral oil. Pine is finished with your choice of stain color. Pine stain colors available: Natural Wood, unfinished Light Stain Medium Stain (main picture) Dark Stain Classic Grey Stain A note on wood choices: We use real natural wood & make these by hand in our woodshop, which means there will always be variations in color, wood grain, knots, & overall appearance. Pine is a more rustic option that is more likely to have knots. The Eastern Cedar will almost certainly have knots, & features red, pink, & white color tones with a very aromatic scent.
