The vegetable tanned leather is made in Italy: Vegetable tanning is an ancient production process for leather. Vegetable leather features natural, environmentally friendly characteristics without modification, which is the closest to the most primitive state of animal leather. Because the first layer of cowhide is selected, one can directly feel the stiff & soft texture of the leather. The sebum of tanned leather produced in Italy is very well-stacked, & it will become shiny & smooth with attractive color through the baptism of times & the user’s touch. It is made by manual seaming according to the order: ►Because we offer customized service for the product, including free engraving, replacement of suture color. Hand dyeing: We use the Fiebing’s alcohol dyes for leather imported from the US as a coloring agent, which has full color & high color fastness. Hand polishing: After the product is finished, we will paint a leather sealing liquid on the edge of the leather, then polish it 72 times with a polishing bar.
