Torch fired on one end to to create the little dot bud; sanded smooth for comfort, then polished to give them a nice shine. Available in lightweight 20 gauge (.81 mm thick) & slightly thicker 18 gauge (1.02 mm thick). 3/8inch size is about 9 to 10mm in diameter. 1/2 inch size (about 14mm in diameter).
