Single template named BIG Tronka. Shapes range from 3.25″ to 3.5″ at the longest points. Made from durable rip-resistant plastic perfect for the rough lapidary environment. Unlike acrylic or aluminum, this material accommodates uneven surfaces without distortion. There is 50 years lapidary experience between my husband & I & I have over a decade of graphic design background, so these templates were designed professionally, with the lapidary & lapidary environment in mind. Every design tested on the standard 6″ grinding wheels. There are a few shapes that need a smaller grinding wheel to accommodate but we felt they were so attractive that it is worth using an alternate grinding source for those very few shapes that we left them in for those that would feel so inspired. There are 26 different templates in the collection & most shapes can be achieved on a 6″ grinding wheel. Shape Sizes are stepped down in precise calibrations so the jewelry designer can use the templates as well. You can see your stone through the plastic but not enough to distract from using the opening as a pattern or view finder. Waterproof. Every template has a hole in the lower left corner so you can hang it in your workshop or studio. Attractive design to the final template design makes working with these templates a pleasurable experience. At 6″ x 7 5/8″ these templates easy to maneuver around any size material be it a slab, crystal faced specimen, shell or other non-conforming lapidary material. Copyright protected.
